Wired Media was started in 2007 and has built a small but strong client base. The company was originally started for a project called Ontdekkers Rd which is a directory listing service of companies situate on or near Ontdekkers Rd on the West Rand.
The company has since expanded and it's focus has moved to providing a Web Design and Development Service for small to medium companies looking to upgrade their current website or develop a new website for their company.
Wired Media develop in HTML, Joomla! and ASP.net applications and environments, with it's main focus being Joomla! CMS. The reason we use Joomla! is because of it's easy of use when it comes to making small changes. The client no longer has to wait for a developer to make changes. To add or change a telephone number, edit or add product lines, updating the front page with fresh content, this can all be done from within the administration panel of the site, changes are made online in a live site and the updates are immediate.
